About these terms
Asgard Concepts (ABN 52 543 644 146) is an Australian-owned business based in Brisbane, Queensland. These draft terms describe the intended ordering process for our rebuilt shop. This rebuild preview does not accept orders or payments.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Recovered prices, product options, availability, delivery charges and any applicable taxes must be confirmed before payment. Payment methods and the point at which an order is accepted will be displayed when checkout is enabled. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and refund payments for the cancelled goods.
Personalised orders
We will discuss your idea, confirm feasibility, price and expected timing, and provide an artwork preview for approval before printing. Please check spelling, images, layout and other details carefully. Production begins only after approval. Change-of-mind cancellation is not available once personalised production starts; this does not affect your consumer rights. If we make an error or supply a product that does not match the agreed design, contact us so we can assess and resolve it.
Artwork and permissions
You must have permission to use any photos, logos or artwork you provide. You retain ownership of your own material and allow us to use it to prepare and fulfil your requested product. Our original website content and designs, and material licensed to us, remain protected by their respective owners’ rights. Please obtain permission before reproducing them.
Delivery and returns
See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Expected production and delivery timing will be confirmed before ordering.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This includes applicable rights to repair, replacement, refund and compensation.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms for future use and orders. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order without agreement or a lawful basis. Queensland and applicable Australian laws apply, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Contact us with questions.
