About this preview
This policy describes the current Asgard Concepts rebuild (ABN 52 543 644 146). The contact form is enabled. Live checkout, file uploads and newsletter signup are not enabled. We will update this policy as those services are introduced.
Information stored in your browser
The preview cart uses your browser’s local storage to remember product selections, quantities and any personalisation notes you enter. This cart information is not submitted as an order. Avoid entering sensitive information in preview notes. You can remove items through the cart or clear this site’s browser data to remove saved cart information.
Hosting and access
This site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and access services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs, to deliver and secure the site. Their handling of information is described in their own privacy notices, including OpenAI’s Privacy Policy. We have not added advertising trackers, marketing analytics or embedded social-media widgets to this rebuild.
Enquiries, orders and customer artwork
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, subject and message to respond and discuss your request. Messages are stored in our private inbox using the site’s hosted Cloudflare D1 database through OpenAI Sites, and access is restricted to the store owner. We do not automatically send a copy to a separate email service. We use a salted hash of the connection IP address to limit spam; the contact database does not store the raw IP address. Enquiry records are kept as needed to handle your request and related business records, and can be deleted by the owner when no longer needed. Hosting providers may process data outside Australia. Please avoid including sensitive information or customer artwork in messages; artwork uploads are not available yet.
Marketing
There is no active newsletter signup in this preview. Any future marketing signup will be optional and provide an unsubscribe method.
Access, correction and concerns
For questions about personal information held by Asgard Concepts, requests to access or correct it, or a privacy complaint, use our Contact us page. Enquiries are saved to the owner’s private inbox. Information handled independently by a hosting or payment provider is also subject to that provider’s processes.
