Will I see my design before it is printed?
Yes. We’ll send a design preview for your approval before printing your personalised order. Check the spelling, wording, photo placement and overall design.
What if I want something changed?
Tell us what you’d like adjusted before approving the preview. We’ll discuss the changes with you before proceeding.
Do I need print-ready artwork?
Start with your photo, wording or idea. We’ll check what’s suitable for your chosen product and explain any file requirements or design work needed before confirming the price.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the product, quantity, design work and delivery location. We’ll confirm the expected timing with you; production follows design approval and order confirmation.
Can I order through this preview site?
Not yet. You can browse products and use the preview cart, but checkout, file uploads and order submission are not connected. The contact form is being connected. Browsing or adding a preview item does not place an order.
