Shipping Policy

Delivery area
Delivery is available Australia-wide from Brisbane. The preview cart now calculates postage using the old shop’s shipping rates and existing product shipping classes. No order or payment is taken yet.
Production and dispatch
Production time depends on the product, quantity and personalisation. We will confirm expected timing before you order. For personalised products, production starts after you approve the artwork preview. We will let you know about significant changes to agreed timing.
Delivery estimates
Carrier transit time is separate from production time. Delivery estimates will be provided for the selected service when shipping is configured. Regional and remote locations, public holidays and carrier disruptions may affect delivery. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping charges and tracking
Postage includes a $2.50 handling charge plus the charge for each different shipping class in your cart. A class charge is added once per class, rather than once per item. Mixed-class carts combine the applicable class charges. Free shipping is available when the product subtotal reaches $99. Local pickup in Virginia is available at no charge; collection must be arranged before visiting. The cart shows the available options and estimated total. Where a tracked service is used, tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Automatic tracking emails are not connected yet.
Packaging and delivery problems
We will package products to help protect them in transit. Please check your delivery address before ordering. If an order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a remedy where required. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded by carrier delays or this policy.
Urgent orders
Need a gift for a particular date? Contact us before ordering so we can discuss whether the timing is achievable. Express delivery does not automatically shorten production time.
